Partner with ReadyAED: the AED reseller and referral program
For AED distributors, service companies and safety consultancies. The program terms are not published, and this page states what is confirmed and what is not.
ReadyAED is an AED (automated external defibrillator) readiness and compliance platform. It is software only. It sells no hardware and no consumables.
This page is for channel partners: AED distributors, service companies and safety consultancies that already serve workplaces, clinics, schools and public sites.
Why partner with ReadyAED
The software layer for the AED business you already run.
ReadyAED sells software only. It sells no hardware and no consumables.
Consumables (pads, batteries, cabinets and prep kits) are sold and fulfilled by channel partners. The app creates a purchase order, and the reorder prompts point to a supplier. ReadyAED never takes payment for consumables.
One flat rate covers the software. The rate is not published. approved price
The register is hardware-agnostic. It keeps one register for AEDs of any brand. A partner that serves a mixed estate does not need a second tool.
Medical direction is delivered through licensed physician partners. ReadyAED does not practice medicine. legal-approved disclaimer text this passage needs legal sign-off
The security posture is published in the Security & Trust Center: SOC 2 is in progress, and a BAA (Business Associate Agreement) is available. legal-approved disclaimer text this passage needs legal sign-off
What a partner can show
The software gives a partner a working demo: one register for every AED brand, a phone inspection flow with five checklist lines, a 90-day view of pads and batteries, and an audit trail of user and system events. Your team exports the report, a CSV (comma-separated values) file and a device history.
How the software fits your work
Your team keeps the supplier relationship and the service schedule. ReadyAED keeps the register, the inspections, the expiry dates and the records. The two sides meet at the reorder prompt. A customer that buys an AED also needs a schedule, a record and a report. The software covers that work.
Market opportunity
A growing installed base, and recurring maintenance work.

Pads and batteries expire, and each unit needs a check on a schedule. That maintenance work repeats every year, and channel partners hold it.
A workplace, a clinic, a school or a public site needs a program owner, a check schedule and a record.
The figures are estimates from the named research firms. They are not ReadyAED results, and ReadyAED publishes no market share.
