Integration groups
Identity, HRIS, IT and service, and communication.
The integration plan groups systems into six categories: Identity, HRIS, IT and service, EHS and safety, Communication, and Data. ReadyAED publishes a page in four of them.
Identity
An identity provider manages sign-in and access for a company. ReadyAED shows company SSO (single sign-on) on the sign-in screen today. ReadyAED does not name identity providers. named SSO identity providers, if any
HRIS
An HRIS (human resources information system) holds people and site data. The register records a site custodian (the person who looks after a site) and the last inspector. Devices are assigned to a person. confirmed role and permission model
Workday AED integration status
ReadyAED publishes no confirmed Workday connection today. The page states what the register records and what is open.
IT and service
An IT service management platform handles service requests and incidents. ReadyAED keeps an audit trail of user and system events, device history and inspection history. A failed checklist line adds a follow-up task.
ServiceNow AED integration status
ReadyAED publishes no confirmed ServiceNow connection today. The page states what the tasks cover and what is open.
Communication
A messaging platform carries team messages. ReadyAED sends five transactional emails today: inspection due, overdue, device used, weekly digest and invite.
