One register, phone-first inspections, expiry tracking, records and exports
The rate covers the ReadyAED software. The software does the daily work of an AED program:
- One register for AEDs of any brand, with serial number, location path, site, status, pads expiry, battery percentage and last inspection date.
- A printable QR code per device. Scanning the code opens the device record.
- Phone-first inspections with five checklist lines. Your team answers each line Pass, Fail or N/A, and every line must be answered.
- Expiry dates for pads, batteries and rescue kits in one view, 90 days ahead, with the devices affected and the reorder cost.
- Purchase orders for pads and batteries in the app. Fulfilment is by partners.
- Device records with inspection history, event history, documents and the assigned custodian.
- Email templates: inspection due, overdue, device used, weekly digest and invite.
- An audit trail that records user and system events, device history and inspection history.
- Exports: report, CSV and device history.
- A read-only assistant that answers questions about your fleet. Every answer lists the queries behind it.
Every device carries one of four statuses: Ready, Due soon, Overdue or Offline.
Each status shows an icon and a word, never colour alone. Offline means that no report was received.
ReadyAED runs in the browser. The inspection screen is designed for Android and iOS phones.

No. The rate covers the software only. ReadyAED sells no hardware and no consumables. Pads, batteries and rescue kits are fulfilled by partners, and your team can create a purchase order in the app.
